SHIPPING GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

Meow Store ships anywhere in the US.  We will normally ship your package within 2 business days of receiving your order, except for orders by personal check which will be held 10 days to clear.  If your shipment will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you by E-mail.  Please be sure to always include your Email address on the order form, so we can contact you if we have any questions.

Standard shipping and handling fee covers USPS postage and handling.  Standard shipping delivery time varies based on your location and the day of the week your order is placed. We ship from Oregon. West coast orders will arrive faster than orders from other areas. Typically your order arrives within 2 to 8 business days.

If you would like to speed your order along, we do offer Premium shipping by FedEx 2nd day, which arrives two days from the day of shipment. You can expect your order within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Please note: The quoted delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee.  Please allow extra time during holidays.

Gift Wrapping and Gift Tags: Jewelry is packed in handsome gift boxes. We will include a gift tag with your message if you request it. Type your personalized GIFT TAG message into the box just below billing address information when you check out.

OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee that you will be happy with your Meow Store products, or your money back!  We generally do not have a restocking charge or service charge for returns or exchanges, except for T-shirts (which are printed to order). In the case of T-shirts, there is a 15% restocking fee for returns, or cancellations.  Just Email rocky@meowstore.com if you have questions about our policies or how to handle returns.  Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: At our discretion, returns deemed to be frivolous, fraudulent, or inappropriate may be charged shipping/handling and a 15% restocking fee. (This includes returns of large orders, special orders, orders held for over 30 days, or items that are no longer in resalable condition.) Packages returned at our expense because they are unclaimed, refused, or you supplied an incorrect address may be charged for return shipping expenses. RETURNS: To return an item, please box it securely and include a copy of your  receipt.  Please enclose a note indicating your request, such as: "Return for refund", "Damaged/incorrect item returned for exchange", etc.

Items returned in damaged condition, or without original wrapping, will only be exchanged for an identical item.  Because T-shirts are made-to-order for you, there is a 15% restocking fee for T-shirt returns, or T-shirt cancellations, unless the shirt has a defect.

If you want to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, but you don't have the packing slip or receipt, provide us with the giver's name and we will search our customer list for verification.

RETURN POSTAGE: If you received damaged goods and are exchanging for the same item, we pay the postage (both ways), or if we sent you the wrong order we will pay the postage to correct the situation.  If you would like to return an item for a cash refund, or for credit against another item, you will need to pay the postage to return it to us. Call us or email us to work out the details on exchanges and replacements.   NOTE: For cash refunds, its standard practice to not refund shipping.
